Abstract

CV.Maju Mandiri is a manufacturing company that produces tanks and industrial machinery made from iron and stainless steel, which is located on Jl.Kalijaten RT02, RW01, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study aims to calculate the product cost of the Vacuum Separator D500 product with the Job Order Costing method, due to the increasing demand for the Vacuum Separator D500 product and must be completed within 2 months for 30 units, therefore detailed calculations are carried out to raw material costs, labor costs and overhead costs with the aim of not experiencing losses and having a profit. And for the production cost of the Vacuum Separator D500 has been calculated for the cost of raw materials requires a cost of Rp.9,792,500, labor costs incur a cost of Rp.1,400,000 and overhead costs require a cost of Rp.1,698,489 after calculating the cost of materials raw materials, labor costs and overhead costs, it is known that the cost of production of the Vacuum Separator D500 product results in a total production cost of Rp.12,890,989 for each unit of the Vacuum Separator D500 product. For each unit of the D500 Vacuum separator, it has a selling price of Rp. 17,402,835, the D500 Vacuum Separator product takes into account the cost of production using Job Order Costing, resulting in a cost of Rp. 12,890,989 for each unit until it has a selling price of Rp. 17,402. .835 per unit, then CV.
