Abstract

With the increasing level of competition in the automotive industry PT.United Indo Surabaya provides regularly training to workshop employees. Besides training, to provide a sense of security for the risks of existing jobs, PT. United Indo Surabaya provides incentives for its employees. PT. United Indo Surabaya also has a work environment that can spur employee morale so employees will have a good performance and the company can achieve their goals. That variables affect the performance of employees PT.United Indo Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence training, incentives and work environment on employees performance. The population of this research is 30 employees and the sample is taken by using saturated sampling. Data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees. Techniques of this research data include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, test f, T test, dominant test, and multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The results are training partially significant affects on Employees Performance PT. United Indo Surabaya. Incentives partially significant affects on Employees Performance PT. United Indo Surabaya. Work Environment partially significant affects on Employees Performance PT. United Indo Surabaya. Training, Incentive and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employees Performance PT. United Indo Surabaya.
