Abstract

The study aims to (1) find out the amount of investment partially influences the production of small footwear producing industries in Wedoro Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, (2) knowing the influence of the number of workers partially affects the production of small footwear-producing industries in Wedoro sub-district, Waru District, Waru District Sidoarjo and (3) knowing the amount of investment and labor simultaneously affecting the production of small footwear producing industries in the village of Wedoro, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency by using secondary data and interviews and then analyzed using multiple regression. The result of the study show that (1) the number of investments that have a positive and significant effect on the production of small footwear producing industries is equal to 0, (2) the labor variable has significant effect on the productionof small footwear-producing industries which is equal to 0.065 or 6.5% and (3) the simultaneous amount of investment and labor has a positive and significant effect on the production of small footwear producing industries with a significance level of 0. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent varieble is 99,9% while the remaining 0,1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.
