Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between dual role conflict stress and work stress on married female nurses. This study uses quantitative methods to achieve the research objectives. The research subjects used in this study were married female nurses, totaling 65 people. The measuring instrument uses a scale of dual role conflict and work stress on married female nurses. The research data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results of the calculation of data analysis show the Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient of 0.607 with a significance level of p = 0.000 <0.05, this result means that there is a significant positive relationship between dual role conflict and work stress in married female nurses. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the higher or lower the dual role conflict obtained by the nurse, the work stress experienced by the nurse will be followed. The hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between social support and academic anxiety in married female nurses is accepted. Keywords: Job Stress, Multiple Role Conflict, Nurse
