Abstract

Increasing labor productivity will have an impact on the level of efficiency and utilization of labor, which in turn will have a positive impact on ongoing projects. Because it will be able to save on financing and increase the quantity and quality of the workforce. The purpose of this study was to analyze the criteria for age, educational history, length of work, status, work experience, worker health, and the suitability of wages received by the suspension bridge project workers in Kajjan CS Village, as well as to analyze the level of labor productivity in steel structure work in span work. bridge suspension bridge project Kajjan Village CS. The research method used is the method in this research is descriptive analysis method, namely research by collecting primary data and secondary data. The data search process was carried out by means of observation and interviews, as well as literature studies. The results of this study are the criteria for selecting workers for the suspension bridge construction project in Kajjan CS village based on more than 5 years of experience, this is evidenced by the survey results that more than 50% of the workers are experienced. The productivity level of LUR (labor utilization rate) for each worker for seven days can be seen the average productivity level of LUR is 82.02%, while the highest average daily productivity is 85.74%, as well as for the level of productivity. the highest daily worker is TK (labor) 2 at 87.51%.
