Abstract
PT . Satria Jaya Sentosa is an industrial company processing stone mining products into split stone . PT . Satria Jaya Sentosa is located in the village of Jln . The Kolaka - pomalaa axis , Ngapa village , Wundulako sub - district , Kolaka district , Southeast Sulawesi , Where the production process of taking mountain rock material in the mining area uses an excavator breaker tool that works to destroy the layers of rock on the mountain then it will be transported to a dumb truck with the help of a heavy equipment excavator pc 200 , then the dumb truck will bring the chunks of rock to the crusher machine which will be produced into stone . split . The problem that occurs in the split stone production process begins when it reduces production operators by reason of moving operators to PT . new company . So that the analytical method that can be used is to calculate the normal or standard time based on the value assigned after that it will be continued in the workload calculation using the Full Time Equivalent ( FTE ) and Work Load Analysis ( WLA ) method , where FTE is useful for finding the optimal time for operators to carry out their work. while the work of WLA works to provide information regarding the allocation of workers to complete the workload . The results of the Full Time Equivalent ( FTE ) calculation are operators who experience underload , namely Breaker operators 1 and 2 , Excavtor operators 1 and 2 and also dumb truck operators. Meanwhile , operators who get overloaded workloads are Crusher 1 machine operators to Crusher 6 machine operators . Meanwhile , Work Load Analysis ( WLA ) is proposed to add 2 operators to the Breaker operator work section , 2 excavator operators , 1 dumb truck operator , and crusher machine operator 6.
