Abstract

The PLN Power Gen program is one of the activities in the creative field that aims to shape the behavior of participants through creative content activities. PLN's Power Gen program is expected to be able to change people's behavior and the behavior of the millennial generation who are still learning about their behavior as content creators. The qualitative descriptive method in this study is based on the intent of the researcher who wants to describe, explain, and answer in more detail about the problems that occur in Power Gen PLN PT PLN (Persero) has played a role in meeting public expectations in Java, Madura and Bali regarding actions or not from a professional content creator. This can be seen from the programs that are presented when information is presented and the ability of content creators to put messages into words in something that is worth listening to and they are actually still young to maximize and utilize the training, to identify and explore the potential of participants as one of the interesting communication works to shape their personality and creative character. In addition, the activity is also supported by the availability of good infrastructure and is responsive to the needs of the participants. Keyword: Communication, Creativity, Motivation
