Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the direct cash assistance (BLT) program in an effort to help people who have lost their livelihoods and decreased incomes in the village in meeting their daily needs during the Covid-19 pandemic, and one of them is the community in Mojorejo Village who participated in this study. got this program. So this study was conducted to determine the implementation of the policy of distributing Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Mojorejo Village, Modo District, Lamongan Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. This study uses the theory of policy implementation from Van Meter and Van Horn which has 6 policy implementation variables and from the results of this study that the BLT program in Mojorejo Village has been running well but there are still obstacles in the implementation of BLT, namely inaccurate data from the center and from village data.
