Abstract

This integrated service research is an activity carried out by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Surabaya in processing the convenience of the community and Hajj Organizers, starting from the application process to the document issuance process carried out by one place. In the service system at the Surabaya City Ministry of Religion, which must serve the community for service implementing employees, they always continue to apply health protocols, the supervisor is directly monitored by the PHU Section Head of the Surabaya City Ministry of Religion so that it looks great the seriousness of the employees in working and serving the congregation. The integrated service of the Surabaya Ministry Office has characteristics and innovations, with its own advantages in improving services in collaboration with Panin Syariah Bank & CIMB Niaga Syariah Bank which are engaged in providing Hajj deposit financial management services. This study aims to determine the form of innovation in the service of pilgrims at the Ministry of Religion of the City of Surabaya in improving the process of implementing One Stop Services. This study uses a qualitative method. The object of research is the Ministry of Religion of the City of Surabaya. Data collection techniques include, Interview Observation, and Documentation. The research uses the SWOT Analysis method and it can be concluded that improving service strategies during this pandemic and new normal. Based on the alternative strategy, the Ministry of Religion of the City of Surabaya continues to innovate and socialize about service programs that have been provided for the convenience of the community and pilgrims.
