Abstract
The city of Surabaya launched the suroboyo bus where this bus is a modern and clean bus that is used to support all forms of community activities that use this transportation. Payments offered by suroboyo bus are via bottles and e-money. During a pandemic like this, the best service is needed because it has to pay attention to users to feel safe and comfortable to produce satisfaction for their users. To realize this problem, it is necessary to implement it based on excellent service quality, namely Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equality of Rights, and Balance of Rights and Obligations. This research is a type of research using qualitative methods. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with the aim of making a factual, systematic and accurate description. Researchers try to describe events and events that are the center of attention and describe in detail related to individuals or groups about the conditions that occur. This study will explain how the Effectiveness of Suroboyo Bus Services in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period will be described by this researcher. The results of the study indicate that the services provided by the Suroboyo bus have been carried out effectively because Suroboyo Bus has provided good service. Although the public as service users have several complaints against the use of the Suroboyo Bus service, but this does not then become a barrier for Suroboyo Bus in achieving the targets that must be achieved. The effectiveness of the Suroboyo Bus can be assessed through the increasing public interest in using the Suroboyo Bus service and the Suroboyo bus has fulfilled its effectiveness by opening new routes so that people feel more satisfied with the presence of the Suroboyo bus.
