Abstract

This study discusses the relocation of the terminal as well as the design of the terminal to be relocated, namely Terminal Bunder Type B to Duduk Sampeyan Gresik station, East Java. This terminal was relocated and redesigned as a long-term efficiency in the transportation of land routes in Gresik Regency and its surroundings. The design of this area applies the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept approach. Realizing a combination of modes such as public transportation and private vehicles to mass transportation (Railway) using the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) system in the Duduk station area, through the transfer or relocation of the existing Bunder Gresik terminal in the Cerme sub-district to the Duduk Sampeyan sub-district, which is located adjacent to the sit train station. This research is focused on producing a terminal building design that is based on the VISION and MISSION of the RPJMD of Gresik Regency and RT/RW of Gresik Regency, regarding the program made by the Gresik Regency Government to achieve the effectiveness of regional connectivity.
