Abstract

The need for irrigation water in the Plumpang area is not sufficient with the availability of water due to the influence of the rainy and dry seasons. When the rainy season comes, agricultural land is often flooded so it is necessary to carry out an analysis by comparing the hydraulic discharge with the hydrological discharge. To determine the need for irrigation water, an analysis is needed which will be influenced by several factors such as soil management, effective rainfall, percolation, evapotranspiration, irrigation efficiency, and crop coefficient. The calculation of flood analysis by comparing the hydrological discharge and hydraulic discharge, the calculation of the average rainfall with the arithmetic method, then for the mainstay discharge is carried out by the FJ method. Mock, and to determine the value of evapotranspiration using calculations using the modified Penman method. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the hydrological discharge value is 98.4028 m3/second and the hydraulic discharge value is 50.572 m3/second so it is necessary to re-plan the channel cross section so that the hydraulic discharge value is 98.4899 m3/second. From the analysis results, the mainstay discharge value in Plumpang village is 0.71 m3/second. From the results of the analysis, the NFR value of 27.421 lt/second/day was converted to 0.027421 m3/second/day using the 7th alternative. Where is the alternative early planting period in May period I with a rice - rice - palawija cropping pattern.
