Abstract
In the process of implementing construction, construction projects require manpower as one of the factors that determine the quality and success of a job. Productivity is one of the fundamental factors that affect performance in the construction industry. Iron work has a very important role from the aspect of quality implementation considering that the function of reinforcing steel is to increase tensile strength so that the concrete is able to withstand tensile forces. Thus increasing the ability of concrete to bear the load or force acting on it. This study aims to determine the productivity of column and beam iron in the field to be compared with the iron according to PUPR Number 28/PRT/M/2016 in the field of Cipta Karya. The implementation of this research was carried out at the Vasa Hotel Extension Project in Surabaya. The number of floors in the Vasa Hotel Extension Surabaya building is 6 floors, but this research was conducted on the 4th floor, 5th floor and 6th floor. The stages of construction work observed were iron work on columns and beams. This research was conducted for 14 days and during normal working hours, namely morning (08.00-11.00) and afternoon (13.00-17.00). There is a break at 11.00-13.00 WIB without overtime hours. The results of the analysis on the productivity of column and beam reinforcement in the Vasa Hotel Extension construction project were on average 169.68 kg/OH, with the lowest productivity value being 48.86 kg/OH on the 7th day and the highest productivity value being 258.56 kg/OH. on the 8th day. From the results of this study, the average working group productivity was 169.68 kg/OH and the results of the calculation of productivity according to the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No.28/PRT/M/2016 for the workforce obtained a value of 150.00 kg/OH. The average comparison value between field productivity and productivity according to the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No.28/PRT/M/2016 on the Vasa Hotel Extension Project in Surabaya is 1.131 times greater.
