Abstract
Lamongan City is a large city in East Java, which is included in the Gerbangkertosusila area and has a very large influence in the industrial world because Pintukertosusila itself is the second largest metropolitan area after Jabodetabek. The accident data for the last 3 years in 2018 recorded that the death toll reached 183 people, the victims of minor injuries reached 854 people, and serious injuries reached 7 people, in 2019 the death toll reached 192 people, the victims of minor injuries reached 1,267 people, and serious injuries reached 5 people, in 2020 there were 141 deaths, 946 minor injuries, and 5 serious injuries. Based on the description above, it is necessary to analyze the accident at the accident-prone location. This research was preceded by a literature review and a preliminary survey which was then followed by the collection of secondary and primary data. Primary data is a survey of infrastructure completeness and road situation. Secondary data in the form of accident data for the national road Widang/Bedahan – Lamongan City Boundary and LHR data for the Widang/Bedahan national road – Lamongan City Boundary, road map/plan for the Widang/Bedahan national road – Lamongan City Boundary. The method of analysis consists of accident rates and determining accident-prone locations. The results showed that accidents that occurred on the National road section of Widang/Bedahan – Lamongan City boundary were 1054 incidents, which resulted in 232 people dying (15.4%), 19 people being seriously injured (1.3%), and 1259 people. suffered minor injuries (83.4%) and the characteristics of the incident consisted of the time and type of vehicle involved in the accident. The results of the analysis based on the UCL method for accident-prone points with EAN>UCL values that occur on the Deket road section, there are 3 accident-prone points, namely Pandanpancur Village, Rejosari Village, and Deketkulon Village. For the Sukodadi road section, there are 2 accident-prone points, namely the Surabayan village and the Sukodadi village, for the Babat road there are 5 accident-prone points, namely Kebalandono Village, Gembong Village, Kebalanpelang Village, Plaosan Village, Bedahan Village.
