Abstract

In a construction project , the productivity of the workforce is one that has an important role in the success of a project . The lower the productivity , the greater the chance of work delays and vice versa . The purpose of this study was to find the magnitude of the value of the productivity level and the coefficient of labor on the floor slab work in the Bhayangkara Kediri Hospital Service Building Construction Project . The results of this study are the value of the productivity level of the work group in the field is on the 1st day formwork work of 9.285 m² / person - hour , the 2nd day of 10.06 m² / person - hour , the 3rd day of 31 , 91 m² / Person - hour , day 4 of 22.03 m² / Person - hour . On the 1st day of Pembesian work it was 312.82 Kg / Person - hour . on the 2nd day it was 307.81 312.82 Kg / Person - hour , the 3rd day was 315.47 , the 4th day was 135 , 71 312.82 Kg / Person - hour . For foundry work , it was obtained 8.78 312.82 m³ / person - hour . And on the 1st day of ceramic installation work of 19,616 m² / person - hour , on the 2nd day of 19,974 m² / person - hour , on the 3rd day 20,618 m² / person - hour and on the 4th day 20,788 m² / person - hour The coefficient of labor was obtained on the Ist day of formwork , the coefficient of the foreman was 0.17 OH , the craftsman was 0.035 OH , and the worker was 0.053 OH . On the 2nd day the foreman was 0.016 OH , the craftsman was 0.033 OH , and the workers were 0.049 OH . On the 3rd day the foreman was 0.005 OH , the craftsman was 0.01 OH . the workers were 0.022 OH . And on the 4th day the foreman was 0.007 OH , the handyman was 0.015 OH , the worker was 0.022 OH . On the 1st day of iron work , the foreman coefficient was 0.0004 OH , on the 2nd day 0.0009 OH , the 3rd day 0.0018 OH . On the 2nd and 3rd days , the same results were obtained as the 1st day and for the 4th day , the foreman was 0.001 OH , the craftsman was 0.002 OH , and the workers were 0.004 OH . In the foundry work , the foreman coefficient is 0.017 OH and the worker coefficient is 0.053 OH . While for the ceramic installation work on the 1st day the craftsman coefficient is 0.02 OH and the worker is 0.03 , the 2nd day the craftsman coefficient is obtained . of 0.02 OH and workers of 0.03 the same as the 1st day , and on the 3rd and 4th days the same results were obtained , namely craftsmen of 0.019 OH and 0.29 OH workers .
