Abstract

The Tuban Ring Road is an alternative means of connecting for vehicles with more loads aimed at Semarang City or vice versa without passing the main road through Tuban Regency . The large amount of traffic of large vehicles carrying cargo and private vehicles has caused some of the main roads to be continuously damaged . So it is necessary to design a rigid pavement that can cope with the traffic load . The purpose of this study was to obtain the amount of rigid pavement thickness that had been planned using the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual ( Bina Marga ) method and to obtain the required cost budget design value . The planned age on the Tuban ring road section is 40 years with an effective soil CBR value of 35 % , the Concrete Plate Thickness value is 310 mm and the sub foundation with a lean concrete mixture ( CBK ) is 125 mm with woven reinforcement with a diameter of 10 250mm , tie rods ( tie - bar ) 16-750mm the length of the tie rod is 700 mm , and the dowel 36-300mm the length of the dowel is 450 mm . the value of the budget plan without excavation and embankment works is Rp . 48.660.000.000 , Keywords : Rigid Pavement, Binamrga 2017, Cost Budget
