Abstract
This study aims to determine the partial or simultaneous variables and Work Discipline Training on Employee Performance at PT.DUTA Jaya Teknik Surabaya.0In this study, respondents take the whole of existing employees at PT. Duta Jaya Teknik Surabaya, with a total number of 60 employees.pIn the implementation of the field, this research takes primary data using questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the PT. Duta Jaya Teknik Surabaya included Company Profile, employee data and strukrur organization. Results showed variable t test hypotheses training partially an employment discipline has a significant influence on employee performance because it has a value significantly smaller than 0.006.pThe results showed that the hypothesis f Test Training and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, it can be seen from the value (17.536)>
