Abstract
Prosocial behavior is an act of helping someone without expecting reward from being helped. One of the factors that can relate to prosocial behavior is the maturity of emotions. The research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and prosocial behavior in an inclusion school teacher. The method used is a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques with purposive sampling the subject of research as much as 72 people. Data collection is done by using a scale of prosocial behaviour and the scale of maturity emotion. The data analysis technique used was the technique of Spearman. The results of analysis carried out using the correlation technique Spearman acquired rxy = 0.414 with P = 0.000 (P < 0.005), the results showed that there was a positive and quite significant relationship between emotional maturity with prosocial behavior in the school teacher's inclusion. The hypothesis that reads that there is a positive relationship between emotional maturity and prosocial behavior in the school teacher's inclusion is acceptable.
