Abstract
The study aims to find out the political beliefs and perception of political dynasties and the tendency of abstainers on novice voters. The population in this study is a beginner selector aged 17 years to 20 years and has a resident ID card (KTP) or is married. The samples in this study were 169 students with incidental sampling methods. The results of this study were analyzed by multiple methods of analysis and resulted: the relationship between political trust and the perception of political dynasties with the trend of Golput acquired, the two X variables to a variable Y in this study was shown that political trust and the perception of political dynasties jointly gave a 40% influence on Golput's tendencies.
