Abstract

Labor force is always a weak party when faced with an employer who is a party that has power. As a party that is always considered weak, it is not uncommon for workers to always experience injustice when dealing with company interests. The position of employee money parties in termination of employment is very contradictory to the company, where employees strive to fight for their rights but on the opposite side of the company pressing the financial burden that must be paid. The severance pay provisions are still full of differences of opinion, especially termination of employment in the event of grave violations committed by workers, while many termination of employment occurs when company mismanagement. These mistakes range from determining business strategies to unprofessional and corrupt business management. Worse yet, the guilty executive stiffestly behaves towards employeed who must be victimized or sacrificed. Imployees mistakes can also be used as a reason for termination of employment if the worker is caught in the act of committing a serious error, an employment relationship can be terminated immediately if there is an acknowledgment and there is sufficient evidence that he has made a serious error.
