Abstract
Land has an important role for humans because every activity carried out by humans is related to land. The land is used by the government for public purposes, therefore the government has 2 problems, which are used for public purposes and not used for public purposes. Based on Article 33 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution, the government has the right to manage the land which is used for public purposes. Ringht now, a lot of development that overrides the public interest that stands on state-owned land and takes community rights. Land acquisition that is not used for public purposes is compensated according to UUPA article 18 and UU no. 2 of 2012. The problem in this thesis is whether the government has the authority to revoke permits on land management that are not used in the public interest and how the legal protection of owners of the building rights over land management permission. The research method used in this thesis is normative. Using primary and secondary data that has been collected and then analyzed with the concept of revocation of permits for land management that are not used in the public interest. It can be concluded that the government has the authority to revoke permits on land management rights that are not used for public purposes because it is in accordance with the government's authority over management rights
