Abstract

The problem of transportation is not an ordinary problem in the community, transportation has become a complex problem, basically transportation is useful for the movement of goods and people in distances that can even be said to be close. Public interest to use public transportation, especially land transportation, is very influential on the system implemented. In a good transportation system, several subsystems are needed to form the system. These subsystems can be classified into three namely activity systems, network systems and movement systems. The three systems must run concurrently because there is a link between the three, it is not impossible if the three systems experience obstacles in practice, it will disrupt the stability of the system that has been built. The law also touches on the transportation system even though textually it is not mentioned, only contextually it can be interpreted in an efficient and effective transportation system, it will raise many questions about land transportation arrangements in the law. Then in law enforcement in transportation there is a need for consumer protection for the transportation of goods used by passengers, in the law there are no rules that determine it, in fact it is very important to have a concrete determination given the increasingly high community needs for transportation with a variety of types of transportation.
