Abstract

legal protection of consumer users Go-pay payment system online transport outlines that globalization opened free markets demanding businessmen compete competitively, with the applications Go-jek very benefit for consumers in touring everywhere easily and make a payment or transaction may use electronic money (Go-pay), but violations of the rights of the consumer are very likely to occur, given the transactions that using Go-pay has different characteristics with conventional transactions. For that it needs legal protection of the consumer in the sale of goods or services that contain elements of abuse of circumstances connected with law No. 8 Year 1999 on the protection of consumers. The abuse often perpetrated by the businessmen is article 4 of law No. 8 Year 1999 on the protection of Consumers which explains about the rights of consumers. The result of the abuse of the State of the perpetrator's efforts resulted in the loss of the consumer party and lead to the occurrence of tort. In addition to law No. 8 Year 1999 on the protection of Consumers in the electronic dealers ' concerning the protection of consumers is also set in the law number 11 Year 2018 on information and electronic transactions. Law number 11 Year 2018 on information and electronic transactions describes the responsibility of businessmen against consumers in article 9 of law number 11 Year 2018 on information and electronic transactions.
