Abstract
Hospital liability for ambulance accidents carried out by ambulance drivers is detrimental to the patient and / or family of the patient, limited to the negligence carried out by the ambulance driver, while the driver of the ambulance due to carelessness or intentional elements is the driver's personal responsibility. Hospital Liability Against Giving Ambulance Services Experiencing Accidents has 2 (two) formulation of the problem, namely: (a) What is the legal relationship between the hospital and the provision of Ambulance services? And (b) What is the hospital's responsibility for providing an ambulance service that has an accident? For the type of research used is Normative Research. Normative Legal Research is a method or method used in legal research by examining library materials that are associated with the author's object.
