Abstract

UD. SM Siaman is a small and medium industry that produces White Tofu. This industry was founded in 2006 which is located on Jl. Tanjungsari, Jenek Wetan, RT.13/RW.03, Taman, Sidoarjo, and has 15 employees. UD. SM Siaman prioritizes the production of quality Tofu and White so as not to lose to its competitors. Supported by experts and reliable, UD. SM Siaman is able to produce more than 9000 pcs of white tofu per day. One of the raw materials for making tofu is soybeans. Based on the results of interviews, UD. SM Siaman is still lacking in cost management, where the recording is still very simple and not neat and the profits obtained are often directly used for household needs so they do not know the maximum profit obtained. UD. SM Siaman uses soybeans whose prices tend to increase every year so as to reduce the efficiency of tofu production costs. With the formulation of the problem how much income from the tofu production business obtained by UD. SM Siaman, does the Industry Know UD. SM Siaman has achieved maximum profit, what is the strategy to achieve maximum profit for UD Tofu Industry. SM Siaman. And the purpose of the research is to find out the amount of tofu production business income obtained by UD. SM Siaman, to find out whether the Tofu Industry UD. SM Siaman has achieved maximum profit, to find out how the strategy is to achieve maximum profit for the UD Tofu Industry. SM Siaman. The results of this study can find out from the two products produced what is the maximum profit from UD. SM Siaman.
