Abstract
This study aims to identify and examine the effect of Regional Original Income. General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures with Economic Growth as a moderating variable. The population in this study was 38 regencies/cities in East Java Province. The data used in this research is secondary data. This research data was collected from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report and Regency / City Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) Dats in East Java province for 5 (five) consecutive years in the 2016-2020 period obtained from BPK representatives of East Java Province and the BPS East Java website. The sampling technique in this study used a purposye sampling method, where the sample was based on predetermined criteria. The number of samples in this study was 170 observational data. The results of this study indicate that Regional Original Income, Special Allocation Funds, and Economic Growth have an effect on Capital Expenditures, meanwhile, the General Allocation Fund has no effect on Capital Expenditures, and Economic Growth cannot moderate Local Original Income, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds for Capital Expenditures.
