Abstract
For the implications in theory development perspective, this study results can be considered as the organizational behavior theory development, especially theory of self-efficacy, self-leadership, job satisfaction, Individual Citizenship Behavior and Professional Commitment. This research aims to analyze the effects of self-efficacy, self-leadership and job satisfaction on Individual Citizenship Behavior and Professional Commitment of lecturers at the Schools of Economics in East Java. The sample in this study were 170 lecturers in seven Schools of Economics in East Java using the census sample method. The research method used is explanatory research. Analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS version 24. The results of this study imply theoretically that (1) Self-efficacy does not significantly influence the Individual Citizenship Behavior, (2) Self-efficacy does not ignificantly influence Professional Commitment, (3) Self-leadership does not have significant effect on Individual Citizenship Behavior, (4) Self-leadership has no significant effect on Professional Commitment, (5) Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on Individual Citizenship Behavior, (6) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Professional Commitment, (7) Individual Citizenship Behavior has significant effect on Professional Commitment. Through this study, the author suggests to provide teaching staff supports in published scientific research, enhance supporting activities, and enhance insight through the fields of research and teaching.
