Abstract

Overview of us PT. Mitra Solusi Nusantara company profile concentrates on air conditioning and heating systems, PT. Mitra Solusi Nusantara has gradually developed into Daikin AC Proshop. Daikin Proshop is a specialty store that sells Daikin products as a professional Daikin shop. We focus on Daikin products, specializing in industrial, commercial and residential central air conditioning. As specialists, that's all we do, we take pride in designing our systems to provide clean, efficient service and superior comfort in the places we live, work and play. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Mitra Solusi Nusantara (Daikin AC Proshop). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Solusi Nusantara (Daikin AC Proshop) and selected using several research methods including interviews, observations and questionnaires, in order to obtain a sample of 60 employees of PT. Mitra Solusi Nusantara (Daikin AC Proshop). The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis method using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 2.244 and a significant value of 0.029. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 3.198 and a significant value of 0.002. While work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance on employee performance with a coefficient of -2.641 and a significant value of 0.011.
