Abstract

who have the right to accept it because basically inheritance problems are not only related to the law of objects but also related to the law of attachment, In Indonesia itself inheritance is stipulated in the book II of the Book of Civil Law and about everything left by the heirs not only in the form of objects or wealth possessed by the heirs, but also captivates all forms of existing dependents during the heir life and will be transferred to the heirs who have the right and obligations of all that, And in this case the heirs get the choice to accept the requirements or reject the reason there is no payability, and what are the legal consequences if heirs reject insurance. The research method used in this writing is a normative juridical research method by examining existing library materials. Where the author will examine the related laws and concepts supported by prescriptive techniques. The source of primary law in this study is the Book of Civil Law and other regulations that are tkait. Secondary legal sources in this study are books and journals related to with. The source of the tertiary law consists of a large Indonesian dictionary. Hasil penelitian ini mengandung pemahaman yang mengatur undang-undang pewarisan, yang umumnya dikenal sebagai ketentuan untuk mendapatkan hak untuk mendapatkan kekayaan, dan dalam pengertian akal hukum lainnya juga mengatur hukum keterikatan.
