Abstract

Basically every company or small and medium-sized business tries to provide the best service to meet consumer demand, this requires planning production capacity in order to meet market demand on time and in the right amount, so that the company's profits are expected to increase. the results of the calculation of capacity planning, available engine capacity requirements in September is 176 hours, October is 168 hours, November is 176 hours, December is 176 hours, January is 168 hours, February is 144 hours for planning engine capacity in September Overtime 49 hours, October 64 hours, November 38 hours, December 2 hours, the available capacity is greater than the required capacity, for a shortage of machine capacity in January with a shortage of 17 hours, February 6 hours, then for an alternative to the shortage of capacity in January and February, namely by holding overtime hours 2 hours that have been planned to be able to realize the request on time.
