Abstract

UD. Saka Group is one of the businesses engaged in the manufacture of shoes located on Jl. KH. Ilyas no 44 Mojosari, Mojoketo. This company has a distribution, namely delivery is based on store opening hours and in carrying out distribution the company is not concerned with fleet capacity, with an imbalance between fleet capacity and demand, if there is a fleet first to the company, the fleet will send goods to the customer, resulting in traffic flow. back and forth during the distribution process without considering the route so that it can still be considered random and does not pay attention to the distance of the intended route. However, if there is a demand that exceeds the capacity of the fleet, the goods will be sent on the same day or the next day and will be fulfilled either on the same day or the next day, which means the product delay can be up to 1 day. In this study, the sweep algorithm approach is used to cluster all customers then continue mixed integer linear programming which is used to minimize costs by finding the best route without exceeding the existing vehicle capacity, the mixed integer linear programming model approach can save costs of Rp. 774,604 or save 7.92%. As for the alternative distance and time both save 7.42%
