Abstract

Sejak pandemi Covid-19 melanda berbagai negara di dunia, kebijakan bekerja dari rumah atau work from home (WFH) menjadi pilihan banyak pihak, termasuk di Indonesia. Bekerja dari rumah mungkin mengalami beberapa kendala, seperti fokus kita akan terbagi antara pekerjaan rumah dan segudang pekerjaan kantor yang menumpuk dan akan mempengaruhi work-life balance. Keseimbangan ini juga tergantung pada beberapa faktor lain, termasuk kualitas kehidupan kerja, kelelahan karyawan, dan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja, burnout karyawan, dan beban kerja terhadap work-life balance dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pegawai Kota Surabaya yang sedang/sudah melakukan work from home dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3 untuk mengukur outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Quality Work Life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work-Life Balance, (2) Quality Work Life berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Employee Burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work-Life Balance, (4) Kelelahan Karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (5) Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work-Life Balance, (6) Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan (7) Work-Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Tidak Secara signifikan.
