Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing in Tuban. The distribution carried out by the company uses several fleets owned by the company with marketing areas spread across East Java and Central Java. In regulating the distribution of goods, if seen from the results of the recapitulation of data on shipments of goods for June 2021, it can be seen that the utilization of the existing transport vehicie capacity is not optimal, even though it is still possible to add goods until the use of vehicle capacity is more optimal. Based on the analysis and results of research conducted, the proposed route obtained from processing using the Sweep Algorithm model produces 4 proposed routes while the Mixsd Integer Linear Programming model produces differences in terms of cost and distance. On the first Sunday of June 2021, the company can save 17.08% costs, namely Rp.260,933 and on the proposed route by using an alternative distance of 17.08% from 890 km to 738 km. On the second week of June 2021 the company can save costs by 47.87%, namely Rp. 50,041 and on the proposed route by using an alternative distance of 47.79% from 61 km to 31.8 km. Meanwhile, on the third Sunday of June 2021, the company can save costs by 28.11%, namely Rp.647,700 and on the proposed route by using an alternative distance of 28.11% from 1,342 km to 964.7 km.
