Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk implant orthopedi(kangli) dengan kepercayaan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Java Almeda Mandiri di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk implant orthopedi (kangli) PT. Java Almeda Mandiri . Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan metode alternatif Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa :(1) kualitas produk berperngaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dengan nilai 0.270 dan P-Values 0.001. (2) persepsi harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dengan nilai 0.270 dan P�Values 0.001. (3) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai 0.537 dan P-Values 0.000. (4) persepsi harga berpengaruh posotif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai 0.309 dan P-Values 0.000. (5) kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai 0.537 dengan P�Values 0.000. (6) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepercayaan konsumen dengan nilai 0.537 dan P-Values 0.000. (7) persepsi harga berpengaruh posotif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepercayaan konsumen dengan nilai 0.309 dan P-Values 0.000.
