Abstract

Olahraga merupakan kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh setiap manusia baik dari golongan muda dan golongan usia lanjut yang menggerakan anggota tubuhnya dengan bertujuan untuk menyehatkan tubuh masing-masing agar terhindar dari segala macam penyakit dan terus berkembang seiring berjalannya dengan waktu yang mampu untuk dijadikan profesi. Esports merupakan keolahragaan berbasis virtual yang dilakukan minimal 2 tim yang saling bertanding untuk mendapatkan gelar juara. Esports di Indonesia sendiri telah didukung oleh negara baru-baru ini yang terbukti dengan dibentuknya organisasi PBESI atau Pengurus Besar Esports Indonesia yang telah mengeluarkan peraturan PBESI guna untuk mengatur serta mengawasi kegiatan esports di Indonesia. Dalam keolahragaan esports tersebut juga ada profesi dari seorang pelatih keolahragaan dan memiliki peranan penting dalam sebuah kejuaraan keolahragaan. Akan tetapi pada produk hukum yakni yang berupa undang-undang sistem keolahragaan nasional, pelatih tim esports di Indonesia tidak mengatur mengenai regulasi tersebut dan ditakutkan bahwa terjadi permasalahan yang akan terjadi kedepannya dan oleh karena itu diperlukannya sebuah kaidah hukum yang akan mengatur mengenai pelatih tim esports tersebut.
