Abstract
UD. Darmaji is a home-based business that produces various types of sandals. UD. Darmaji is located on Jalan Kolonel Sugiono, Wedoro, Candi, RT 02 RW 04, Waru, Sidoarjo, East Java. UD's marketing scope. Darmaji is arguably reaching orders for all markets in Indonesia. In this case, what I researched was the manufacture of women's flip flops where UD. Darmaji is often unable to meet customer demands. This study uses the direct measurement method to calculate the number of workers using production planning. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal number of workers. The standard time for making women's flip flops is 6.1 minutes per pair using 2 regular time workers. so that the optimal workforce required additional working hours or overtime for workers.
