Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh netiket di media sosial instagram. Netiket yang terdapat dalam Instagram Digitalmama.id terbagi atas tiga poin penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui isi konten netiket dalam Instagram Digitalmama.id. Penelian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian adalah akun Instagram Digitalmama.id yang meliputi teks maupun gambar dan dokumen yang diposting pada bulan Januari, Maret, September 2021 dengan total 5 konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akun Instagram Digitalmama.id sebagai gatekeeper karena konten dalam akun Instagram yang bersifat data selalu terdapat sumber dan informasi yang terkandung sangat positif, akun Instagram Digitalmama.id sebagai pembangun isu yang bersifat umum dan dinilai penting dalam memposting konten dengan tema etika bermedia, terdapat postingan dengan tema membahas tentang interaksi personal paling tidak pantas di media sosial, UU ITE seputar etika di media sosial, etika dalam berinteraksi digital dan etika dalam grup Dan Hubungan positif yang terjadi antara akun Instagram @digitalmama.id dan khalayak pengguna Instagram adalah menekankan pentingnya etika dalam berkomunikasi di media sosial dengan memposting hal-hal yang positif dan bersifat membangun pemahaman masyarakat akan etika. Efek yang diberikan akun Instagram @digitalmama.id adalah pengetahuan dari data yang valid karena selalu menyertakan sumber pada setiap data yang ditampilkan. Hal itu membuat segala informasi dan pengetahuan yang diposting mendapatkan tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi. Kata Kunci: Analisis Isi, Netiket, Instagram Abstrack This research was motivated by netiket on social media instagram. Netiket contained in Instagram Digitalmama.id divided into three important points. The purpose of this study is to find out the content of netiket content in Instagram Digitalmama.id. This research uses qualitative content analysis methods using observation and documentation techniques. The object of the study was an Instagram account Digitalmama.id which included text as well as images and documents posted in January, March, September 2021 with a total of 5 pieces of content. The results showed that the Instagram account Digitalmama.id as a gatekeeper because the content in the Instagram account that is data is always there is a source and the information contained is very positive, Instagram account Digitalmama.id as a builder of issues that are general and considered important in posting content with the theme of media ethics, there are posts with the theme of discussing the most inappropriate personal interactions on social media, ite law around ethics in social media, ethics in digital interaction and ethics in groups and The positive relationship between the Instagram account @digitalmama.id and the audience of Instagram users is to emphasize the importance of ethics in communicating on social media by posting positive things and is building a public understanding of ethics. The effect provided by the Instagram account @digitalmama.id is the knowledge of valid data because it always includes the source on each data displayed.
