Abstract

Soft Soil Nn Construction Often Has Problems, This Is Due To The Low Bearing Capacity Of The Soil so That It Can Cause Material Losses Due To The High Cost of Construction To Construction Security In Order To Withstand The Load So That Tt Stands Stably and Firmly. So It Is Necessary To Analyze The Carrying Capacity To Prevent Problems That Will Arise, It Is Necessary To Stabilize The Foundation If It Is Subjected To Loading From The Load Of The Building On It So That The Pore Water Pressure Will Rise and The Pore Water Will Come Out Which Will Cause a Decrease In The Volume Of The Soil, Because Of That The Cause Of Subsidence Will Occur In The Soil. In This Study Using 2 Types Of Foundations, Namely Shallow and Deep With Each Having 2 Variations, By Calculating The Carrying Capacity Manually With The Mayerhof and Terzhagi Formula For Shallow Foundations, Broms and Brinch Hansen For Deep Foundations. The Data Obtained Are In The Recapitulation Of The Bearing Capacity At (24,35 kN; 24.38 kN. 20.00 Kn; 30.00 kN) With The Smallest Decrease of 6,17 mm and The Largest Of 18,65 mm and For Comparison Of Manual Lowering Calculations. with The Lowest Value Is 6,2 mm and The Largest Value Is 18,8 mm. For The Value (SF) Of Safety Factor Obtained From Analysis Using Plaxis Of 3,663 For The Lowest Value and 10,96 For The Largest Value.
