Abstract

Keberhasilan Usaha merupakan suatu tujuan bagi para masing-masing usahawan atau pelaku usaha, dengan adanya Keberhasilan Usaha maka dapat dikatakan berjalannya suatu usaha tersebut sukses dan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu, adakah pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga dan Kepribadian Wirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada usaha kecil di Surabaya (studi kasus pada sentra kuliner Convention Hall jalan Gebang Putih Surabaya)?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga dan Kepribadian Wirausaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada usaha kecil di Surabaya (studi kasus pada sentra kuliner Convention Hall jalan Gebang Putih Surabaya. ruang lingkup yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu para pelaku usaha pada sentra kuliner Convention Hall jalan Gebang Putih Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan kuisioner. untuk mempermudah pengambilan data, maka diperlukan teknik dalam pembuatan kuisioner yang akan dibagikan kepada para responden. dalam penyelesaian penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik pengumpulan data dengan skala linkert yang merupakan skala psikometrik dalam penelitian. Koefisien regresi variabel Lingkungan Keluarga bernilai positif menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel X1. Koefisien regresi variabel Kepribadian Wirausaha bernilai positif menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel X2. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat bila diuji secara bersamaan. Saran untuk para pelaku usaha supaya lebih meningkatkan diri dengan perbanyak membaca buku tentang tata cara mengelola suatu usaha dan disarankan untuk selalu mengikuti seminar agar lebih banyak penegtahuan yang didapat seputar dunia bisnis. Saran untuk penulis, mempelajari lebih dalam lagi terkait cara menggunakan SPSS.
