Abstract
The capital market is a market of long-term financial instruments that are traded in the form of debt and equity capital, either issued by private and government. Capital markets as a means for people to invest, providing a variety of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and others. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in capital market conditions will IHSG, currency exchange rates, as well as the crude oil price 30 days before and 30 days after the cabinet reshuffle cabinet work in three periods of work Republic of Indonesia goverment. The population in this study is the All data IHSG, the US dollar exchange rate, and the price of crude oil during the period periods of work Republic of Indonesia goverment. Samples IHSG is data, the US dollar exchange rate, and the price of crude oil during the period that the cabinet Republic of Indonesia goverment lead in the observation period of 30 days prior to the date of announcement of the Cabinet Working (pre-event window) and 30 days after the date of the announcement of the Cabinet Working (postevent period) .The location in this research is the Indonesian Capital Market Reference Center on the Stock Exchange for the period of daily IHSG periods of work Republic of Indonesia goverment and the official website of Bank Indonesia.Analisis using a different test. Based on the description of the results of research and discussion can be drawn the conclusion that there is a difference in changing capital market conditions will IHSG, a decrease in currency exchange rates, and changes in crude oil prices 30 days before and 30 days after the cabinet reshuffle of work Republic of Indonesia goverment stage beginning, I, and II, is proven.
