Abstract

Aansibling that came out as a result of nature is often happen in indonesia and found out at more specific places in indonesia. As a response, indonesian government estabilish laws about this aansbiling, because government may think that someday would cause dispute for anyone who claims it. This research discuss about aansbiling especially the law and legal action. It also explain and giving people the step if want to claim the ownership of this aansbiling refer to the indonesian law. Also, this research would be explain the aspect that would influencing a protect action that should be given to the owner. In this discussion, writer would explain the step for the owner or someone who's live on that land could owning it legally and having a proven legal action such as sertificate and also the aspect to protect the owner. The writer analize and summarize a few things, 1. From that certainty could be seen that a city land affairs office can make a new arrangement about a land registration especially aansbiling with the central government authority with also pay some attention about the province government rule. In article 13 verse 4, government rule number 24, 1997 writen that "a registration of land sporadically can be make by the party who has importance of it". The impotance party explained as a party who legally have the right on the land. 2. Priority aspect about owning the land is very important because also help government to giving the right ownership to certain party. Refer to uupa priority right on this aansbiling should be used by the local villain who lives there longer than anyone outer that region so it didnt give any chance to the foreigner to used that land as an action to law certainty, the right of the land, and a law protection to the owner of the aansbiling
