Abstract
East Jawa is currently carryng out infrastructure updates, especially on roads to facilitate economic flow on land routes. Earned Value Management analysis is needed to find out the deviation of planned costs and time. Efforts to control costs and time are needed to get affective and efficient results. The result showed that the normal cost was Rp. 78.635.676.279,00 after calculating the Estiated At Completion (EAC) in week 8 to week 16 is Rp. 83,447,749,902.05. and the planned time is 39 weeks, after calculating the time estimate is 51 weeks. In the calculation results on the project schedule performance indeks (Scgedule Performance Indeks, SPI) at the week 8 to week 16 review. It shows a number below 1 that the project is experiencing delays in the week 8 to the week 16. The indeks (Cost Performance Indeks, CPI) in the week 8 review shows that the number above 1 in the 9,10,11,13 week project realization costs are smaller than budgeted and in the 8,12,14,15,16 week shows a number below 1 indicating that the project realization costs area greater than budgeted.
