Abstract

PT. ETA INDONESIA is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of electrical products that have a function to protect electronic equipment such as tools for smart power distribution systems, electric power distribution systems, Power Distribution Modules, Thermal Automotive Circuit Breakers, Hydraulic-Magnetic & Magnetic Circuits, and high performance electric breaker. PT. INDONESIAN E-T-A produces 8 types of products produced, most of the production process is done manually by the operator. To be able to meet high consumer demand, high productivity is also needed. To be able to realize this, tools / devices are needed to support this. One of these devices is Value Stream Mapping (VSM). By making VSM the company can see the entire production process, starting from the raw material being the product and then arriving at the hands of consumers. From the results of the VSM analysis, the resulting Takt Time is 4,828 seconds per pcs, the total Value Added during the production process for one product is 124.25 seconds. Based on the results of the waste analysis and process activity mapping, waste was obtained in 1160 found in the draht rolling process, sockel kelling process, bimetal kelling, LDB, LDA, and OGI processes.
