Abstract
The research this time will discuss unit commitment in the 150Kv East Java thermal system power plant (Area 4)Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 unit pembangkit yaitu PLTU GRESIK 1, PLTU GRESIK 3, PLTU PITON 1, PLTGU GRESIK 1.1 PLTGU GRATI 1.0, PLTGU GRATI 1.1 PLTG GRESIK 3.With the method used is lambda iteration using a GUI (Graphical User Interface) created with the Delphi 7 application program to facilitate calculation and scheduling.In the unit commitment priority list method is used which prioritizes the generator with the cheapest fuel and complete enumeration by considering all possible combinations. while the economic dispatch uses lambda iterations. Using scheduling data obtained from PT PLN (Persero) with daily hourly expenses.The next data is compared with the results of the Delphi 7 GUI calculation using the lambda Iteration method.With the same generator construction but different scheduling turns out different results. scheduling on the GUI, if accumulated for a week assuming a working day is equated with the loading of Monday and public holidays equated with Sundays.Then the costs incurred by PLN are Rp. 97,737,806,241 and the Delphi 7 GUI is only Rp. 64,109,845,832.There is a savings of Rp. 33,627,960,406 or 34.4%.On Sunday, the highest cost reduction occurred at 18.00 with costs at PLN amounting to Rp 710,816,979 and GUI at Rp 282,166,639 with sequential combination 0-0-1-0-1-1-1, a decrease in costs of 54 %.Whereas on Monday the highest cost reduction occurred at 3:00 a.m. with the cost to PLN amounting to Rp 509,556,964 and in the GUI Rp 234,002,861 with a combination of sequential ignitions 0-0-1-0-1-0-0, a decrease in costs amounted to 60.3%.
