Abstract

Kepulauan Madura Jawa Timur yang merupakan penduduknya berprofesi sebagai Nelayan dan juga Petani Garam, kini banyak yang berganti haluan menjadi Pengusaha Tambak Udang , Kecamatan Sepulu Kabupaten Bangkalan kini sudah banyak masyaraktnya yang berprofesi sebagai Pengusaha Tambak Udang. Terutama keenam desa di Kecamata Sepulu yang sedang menekuni profesi ini yaitu Desa Sepulu, Maneron, Prancak, Labuhan, Tanahgura Barat dan Desa Lembung Paseser. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Modal Usaha, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja dan Hasil Produksi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Pengusaha Tambak Udang di Kecamatan Sepulu Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh para Pengusaha Tambak Udang di Kecamatan Sepulu Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura yang berjumlah 32 (tiga puluh dua) Pengusaha. Maka sampel yang diambil secara sensus sehingga besar populasi dan sampel sama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis serta uji dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Variabel Modal Usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap Pendapatan Pengusaha Tambak Udang di Kecamatan Sepulu Kabupaten Bangkalan,Variabel Jumlah Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Pendapatan Pengusaha Tambak Udang di Kecamatan Sepulu Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura serta Variabel Hasil Produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap Pendapatan Pengusaha Tambak Udang di Kecamatan Sepulu Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura, dan secara simultan (bersamasama) seluruh Variabel bebas yaitu Modal Usaha (X1), Jumlah Tenaga Kerja (X2)dan Hasil Produksi (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Pengusaha Tambak Udang di Kabupaten Bangkalan Madura.
