Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of partial or simultaneous profitability, liquidity, and leverage on firm value in the Property and Real Estate sub-sector on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. In this study, the population used was 65 real estate properties, and 15 companies were selected using purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative, with the source and location of the research www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique using multiple linear regression was assisted by the SPSS program with a significant level of 0.05 or 5%.In the findings of the analysis using which at the same time answers the hypothesis by concluding that, the variables of profitability (X1), liquidity (X2), and leve(X3) together have an effect on firm value (Y). The results of the partial test of profitability, liquidity, leverage have a significant effect on firm value
