Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganilis pengaruh modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, dan bahan baku terhadap hasil produksi pada sentra Industri Logam di Desa Ngingas Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan analisis data yang diperoleh menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji yang ke dua yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji yang ke tiga adalah uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan ujiF untuk mengetahui seacara simultan dan uji t untuk mengetahui secara parsial. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 60 pengusaha sentra industri Logam di Desa Ngingas Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kebanyakan para pengusaha berpendapatan 16-25 juta setiap bulannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan metode kuantutatif dapat disimpulkan bahwa Modal, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja, dan Bahan Baku berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Hasil Produksi. Diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,885 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi pengaruh variabel Modal, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja, dan Bahan Baku terhadap variabel Hasil Produksi adalah sebesar 88,5% dan sisanya sebesar19,5%dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
