Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh modal,lokasi dan lama usaha secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pendapatan pedagang Pasar Pasean Desa Tolontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dimana metode pengumpulannya menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang pasar pasean Desa Tolontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan berjumlah 82 orang. Penelitian ini akan menggambarkan tentang hubungan sebab akibat, sehingga metode ini menggunakan sampel dan hipotesis.Teknis analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda,koefisien determinasi (r2) dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, dan uji f.Hasil dari penelitian ini di peroleh dari analisis regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 76.193 + 0.524 X1 - 7.486 X2 + 3.928 X3 + e. Uji t untuk variabel lokasi (X2)dan lama usaha (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel pendapatan pedagang Pasar Pasean Desa Tolontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan(Y). Sedangkan untuk variabel modal (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat pendapatan pedagang Pasar Pasean Desa Tolontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan (Y). Nilai Uji F memiliki nilai probabilitas signifikansi sebesar 0,023 < 0,05, dimana variabel modal (X1), lokasi (X2) dan lama usaha (X3) secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang Pasar Pasean Desa Tolontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan (Y).Simpulan dalam penelitin ini adalah variabel bebas lokasi (X2) dan lamausaha (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat pendapatan pedagang Pasar Pasean Desa Tolontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan(Y). Sedangkan untuk variabel modal (X1)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat pendapatan pedagang Pasar Pasean Desa Tolontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan (Y).
