Abstract
Combustion is an interdisciplinary field related to thermodynamics, chemistry, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. In this study, the flame is inverse diffusion flame. Many phenomena in the form of flames that occur are neck low temperature on the burner's lips. Due to this phenomenon we investigated how the effect of changing the chamfer 60˚ jet burner tip and air flow rate 45 lpm, 50 lpm and 55 lpm with variations in fuel pressure 0.5 bar, 0.75 bar and 1 bar to see the IDF fire structure (inverse diffusion flame) which includes, shape of fire, temperature distribution, fire height, temperature at center line and Q radiation. From the results of the above data analysis we conclude that the smallest neck occurs in a flame with a fuel pressure of 0.75 bar and an air flow rate of 50 lpm, whereas in the flame temperature distribution the higher the fuel pressure the higher the temperature of the fire low on the burner end. The biggest radiation is on the flame with a fuel pressure of 1 bar and air flow rate of 55 lpm with radiation of 2825,565 Watts
