Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy terhadap motivasi berprestasi atlet judo surabaya. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara self-efficacy terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada atlet judo Surabaya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 atlet Judo di Surabaya. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakn skala likert. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 skala yaitu skala 1 yaitu skala motivasi berprestasi skala 2 yaitu skala self-efficacy. Penelitian ini menghasilkan korelasi sebesar 0,870 yang berarti ada korelasi sangat kuat antara self�efficacy dengan motivasi berprestasi dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar p=0,000 (p < 0,01). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan motivasi berprestasi pada atlet judo Surabaya.
